A Message from the CEO

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I hope you’re enjoying a wonderful holiday season with your family as we prepare for an exciting and impactful year ahead in 2026.

I am writing to let you know that, after many months of thoughtful consideration, I have decided to retire as President/CEO of the Lynn Institute at the end of June 2026.

I am deeply proud and grateful for the growth of the projects, programs, and events our team has carried forward over the past six and a half years. Each effort has been rooted in our mission “to create and sustain healthy, hopeful communities across Oklahoma.”

The pride I feel in the foundation we have built is matched by my excitement about the Lynn Institute’s future and the positive impact I believe it will continue to have in the years ahead.

I will remain in my role while we identify and support a new President/CEO. In the months ahead, my focus will be on ensuring a smooth transition and helping cultivate the leadership needed for the Institute’s continued success.

The Lynn Institute Board of Directors’ Executive Committee has established a search committee to identify potential candidates for the President/CEO position. The application review process will begin in January as the new President/CEO must be in place no later than June 30, 2026.
