Maintaining muscle mass is vital for mobility, balance, and metabolic health, while excess fat—particularly visceral fat—increases risks of heart disease, diabetes, and functional decline. Certified Exercise Physiologist Cathy Patterson will share simple exercises you can do at home to maintain muscle.
